Ben Miller

Ben Miller is a former policy analyst at Education Sector, now at the U.S. Department of Education. He focuses on higher education issues related to student financial aid, the use of technology and innovation, improving graduation rates, and for-profit education. He has written about using technology to transform college courses, the proposed gainful employment regulations, college dropout factories, NCAA athlete graduation rates, and student loan guaranty agencies. Before joining Education Sector, Miller was a program associate in the Education Policy Program at the New America Foundation, where he participated in a Joint Congressional roundtable on the use of college endowments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from Brown University.
